A+++. I am so thankful that I found this company! As a contingency for closing on our home, the buyers requested that we have the home’s chimney stucco evaluated and repaired and completed prior to closing. I signed that request not realizing how difficult that can be. After searching online for companies, I called 2 who were closer to home but they were booked out for weeks. Other companies had bad reviews. In a very worried state, I called TCC Stucco and David answered and assured me they could get me a quote by the next day and that he had crews that could accomplish the task within a time frame of 2 weeks! I loved his optimism but had a hard time believing it. Fast forward to today – the job is completed 3 days early, $250 below what David quoted (and much much below what the other 2 companies quoted!), work is done to perfection. David has communicated every step of the way . I am leaving this review as a favor to anyone who is looking for a stucco repair company who can do a great job at an extremely reasonable price in a timely manner. Save time, call TCC first. I’m just so glad I found them!

We worked with David and he is nothing short of amazing. He was so responsive, very honest, fairly priced, and did an amazing job. You couldn’t tell there was work ever done to our stucco, it looked brand new. I would absolutely use them again.

I was highly impressed with the demeanor and knowledge of the team that came to estimate the repairs. After they explained the method, they used to repair the hairline cracks, I knew I had lucked out the first company I called. Their work is amazing, and they went to extreme measures in matching the paint. Very difficult to paint a segment on paint that is 16 years old. The match was amazing. (I think it even amazed them). Excellent work from start to finish. Photos and a visual inspection were provided which resulted in a complete rebuild of the balcony as the support beam was clearly rotted. The changed order was quickly renegotiated and finished with great satisfaction.

We had TCCStucco come out to repair some crack and paint our home. During the repair process they found a major support beam was rotted. They were able to remove and replace the support beam in a timely manner and have our home back together in a short time frame. The painting looks amazing. TCC Stucco helped fixing our 3 story house. A few things were very impressive for the team’s work – David brought a drone to look at the top of the roof when he was giving us the estimate to make sure he has a good view of the overall issue of our stucco. Once we agreed to moving forward, the team started right away and very efficient to get the work done. We did discover additional damage, but Davis worked with us to make sure all the issues are fixed properly and with good quality. Thank you.

I called TCC Stucco during the height of COVID when contractors were very hard to come by – David answered his phone at my first query! I had a small problem (I thought) with a hand railing that had come loose from my stucco facade. After David came out, he warned me that there might be a larger problem causing the small issue. His knowledge was extensive and I trusted that he would get to the bottom of the problem. As they began working it became clear I had a huge problem that I was totally unaware of. After a large scale demo, TCC discovered the root problem was that my original builder failed to install flashing around some small decorative windows. The error had damaged the frame of my house and there was a large area of wet stucco on the front of my house. It was a complete nightmare. TCC completed extensive repairs, replaced the rock facade, repainted and resealed my home. Their crews were hardworking and professional. I am very glad I called them and they were able to restore the integrity of my house! The repairs are seamless and the house looks better than new! Highly recommend them!!

I would give them more than Five Stars, if i could. The crew did a phenomenal job in fixing the repair work on my stucco house. I was afraid that the color would not match between the fixed areas to the rest of the stucco (which was 7 yrs. old). I was shocked how well The crew was able to match the color. I talked with two stucco repair companies before deciding to go with TCC Stucco Repair. Although David Benitez’s estimate was not the cheapest, it was precise and clear with regard to the repair, inspection of the underlying wall, and possible problems that might occur. His assistant, Josh, did excellent work and, along with another man, cleaned the job site at the end of each day. I am very pleased with the entire job – it was a pleasure doing business with David.
